Tasked with building a detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) designed by architect Peter Cohan, Blammo! was born. L2Q Studio, is a 780 sqft studio/office located along the alley behind the clients home. With a tight budget and a short time frame, Blammo! took action to build the L2Q studio efficiently and resourcefully. With alacrity and a high level of craft we had fun building America and creating community amongst friends and neighbors.
